Seabluff @ Seabrook sits prominently at the front of the wonderful seaside Town of Seabrook. As it’s name implies, Seabluff overlooks the Pacific Ocean on the bluff at the front of the town. Enjoy the benefits of being in the town center of Seabrook while still enjoying the uniquely private yard and inspiring ocean view from the large wrap around deck. A casual level walk or bike ride gets you to the middle of the Seabrook shopping district in minutes. Seabluff is the perfect home to celebrate your vacation, reunion, wedding party, or just enjoy your own privacy.
Main level:
The large bright gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, island seating for three and table seating for eight. You’ll find the cupboards stocked with all of the tools you need to create a lovely meal. You can cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the open dining area that looks out the french doors to the wrap around covered deck with its vintage wicker chairs, Weber gas grill, that comes to light at night with the glow from 100’ of café string lights which provides a festive and relaxing evening atmosphere.
Yes! we are dog friendly! You will notice above the fireplace, the famous Aldo Luongo painting of “Cool” lounging on the beach as well as the AliceJean Dieffenbach painting of “Emmy on the Beach at Seabrook” on the dining area wall. The outdoor shower is just a few steps away out the back door, which makes it easy to rinse off your furry friend (or your family) after a day of sandy beach play. The outdoor dining set provides for ample seating for your family barbeque and large hot tub bubbles away at the end of the porch, inviting you to soak and enjoy!
The spacious great room features a comfortable “beachy” white canvas sofa and reading chairs, gas fireplace, and Samsung Smart TV. Curl up in adjacent reading nook/conversation area surrounded by designer rattan chairs and farmhouse galvanized top coffee table. Colorful art and glass adorns the space and quickly sets the mood for your beach vacation.
Second level, sleeps 6:
The second floor spacious master bedroom with its “wet sand” walls and “inner seashell” ceiling immediately calms and invokes a restful ocean feeling. The pillows on the king bed represent the rocky pacific coast line, the sea blue comforter is the ocean and the fluffy fur coverlet inspires a feeling of ocean foam as the surf hits the beach. The sweeping ocean view only serves to make this room a truly magical space. The room features a Samsung Smart TV and large walk in closet. The private master bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower with bench. Be sure to look up and notice the “beachcombers collection” on the shelf above.
Down the hall you enter the “Captains Quarters” smartly decorated in a nautical theme with vintage mahogany tall post twin beds and fabulous dresser with round mirror salvaged from the famous Savoy Hotel. A highlight of color is provided by the bright red eight sided ”Octopus” night table. Models of sailing ships adorn the walls, invoking sweet dreams of sailing the high seas in a time long ago.
Step across the hall where “shabby chic” is the theme for the night. An inviting queen size upholstered bed sporting a crisp white cotton lace comforter and ample supply of decorative pillows welcomes you to bed. The fabulous mirrored dresser sets the “chic” tone for the room and is topped off by the leopard print Queen Anne arm chair. Seashells on the wall remind us of our busy day on the beach at Seabrook.
On the second floor hallway you’ll find a light and bright full bathroom with a tub/shower, tiled sink and a cheerful striped décor.
Top level, sleeps 4:
The third floor of Seabluff @ Seabrook is an open penthouse suite, large enough to accommodate a separate family. The oceanfront room is a “second master” with a beautiful king size with woven seagrass head and footboards. Enjoy the incredible “lookout” view of the ocean from your window! Lounge and read a book in one of the two lounge chairs or watch a movie on the 40” Samsung Smart TV. The adjoining media room sports a 50” Samsung Smart TV. Watch from the comfortable sea foam colored sofa fronted by the industrial metal coffee table and vibrant print lounge chairs—all in a stunning yellow, coral, and seafoam beachy color scheme. When bedtime arrives, pull out and enjoy your nights sleep on the queen size fold out bed.
A smartly decorated bathroom with shower is located between the two living areas making the third floor a total suite effect and a favorite with those who stay here. You will end up flipping a coin for who gets this fabulous retreat!
